_{I prefer a strong seperation of in character and out of character! My OC and I are not the same person. And I would prefer if my rp partners remain well aware of that and don't blend the two. It causes a lot of unnecessary stress and confusion for the both of us otherwise.}..   RULE TWO
_{Personally, I don't mind unplotted rp and just sort of shooting for the stars and seeing what sticks, but I definitely have a preference for plotting at least the starting part of an rp. Born and raised in Yanxia solely by their father, as their mother was a victim to an imperial soldier before Kohaku could even form a solid memory of her. Kohaku grew up during the period where the Garlean Empire had the nation within its tight grasp. From a young age, they did not have the luxury of simply just being a child. Kohaku grew up very aware of the circumstances and in knowing what they were up against, was taught to fight at a young age. Probably as soon as they could pick up a weapon and use it properly.At some point during their childhood, Kohaku experienced a strange phenomena when they were in a crowd, witness to a fellow Doman made to be an example of what happens when one causes too many troubles. Being surrounded by such a strong influx of emotions, Kohaku felt it more strongly than they should have; A manifestation of their echo's abilities.Once old enough, Kohaku actively participated in small rebellions against the empire. That was until they had to up and leave alongside other Domans in hopes of finding refuge in Eorzea.During this time, Kohaku spent a lot of their free time exploring the new land and becoming more familiar with the various cultures while also assisting the Scions with their endeavors.

When it came time for liberating Doma and Ala Mhigo, Kohaku was very hands on and involved in the process, as they felt on the battle field was where they could be most useful. Being able to return home without the threat of the Garlean Empire lingering over them was a dream that felt like it could finally come true.With their home free, and people finally being able to return to it, Kohaku had thought that perhaps they would like to return too. But alas, after traveling the lands and seeing what is out there, they discovered that they'd still like to adventure around a bit more before potentially settling permanently. It was during this adventuring that Kohaku met their fiance, Haku. And the pair had their fair share of bumps in the road that only brought them closer together.Nowadays, Kohaku can be found still traveling/adventuring, sometimes with Haku at their side. The Raen has taken an interest in learning the healing arts as of late. Particularly, becoming a Sage is a strong interest of theirs
